Hendon hall Trichy located at prime centre in kk nagar is a good choice in hosting any functions. Function hall is in ground floor and the dining area is adjacent to the hall for around 50-60 people at a time. Hall has a seating capacity of 100 with audio music facilities rendered with utmost care. Hendon hall is fully air conditioned and is surrounded by pictures and wallpapers, giving a visual treat to your eyes.   • I Phase, II Phase, III Phase with the separate entries each Phase can accommodate 20 people.​

Terms & Conditions

Stay Pleasant at Affordable Pay

The SOP (Safety Operating Procedure) provided by the State Government and the Union Goverment are strictly followed during this Covid times.

  • 100% advance should be paid at the time of booking.
  • Refundable Caution deposit has to be paid by the hirer at the time of occupation.
  • Any damages would be detected from the caution deposit provided by the hirer.
  • Hendon hall usage would be for sessions (7-8 hours duration).
  • Any additional hour will be considered as a half a day and subject to availability.
  • Any incident taking place like fire, theft etc, Hendon hall management would not be responsible. No claim would be considered.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances of cancellation, 50% advance amount paid will be deducted.
  • The hall is meant only for friends, family and corporate events with valid proof like invitation or circular.
    Usage for condolence and political meeting is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • A proper identity proof is mandatory to book Hendon hall and Hendon home.
  • Only catering from outside is permitted and no cooking inside the venue hall.
  • Pets, animals and dogs are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • No vehicle is permitted inside the venue.
  • Playing noisy bands and other music should be under control limit and should not disturb the neighborhoods.
  • Hendon hall management reserves the right to decline booking for any party.
  • Air conditioner will function in normal electricity only; there is no generator back up for A/C.
  • Function hall opening time 6am-9pm.
  • Any sudden fault during the function like electric short circuit and mechanical issues etc, the management will take necessary steps to rectify the problem at the earliest possible.
  • Electricity bill and other cleaning maintenance charges would be charged extra.
  • Caterers should carry their own garbage and lack over.
  • Client caterer and decorator are responsible for maintaining a good hygienic condition at washroom and the venue rooms during and after the event.
  • Eating and splitting paan, gutkhas inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
  • Décor to be mounted on self stands only, no nailing, hanging glue and sticking is allowed in hall.
  • Bookings are done on first come first serve basis.
  • We are not responsible for EB shut down.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings of the guests.
  • Fireworks and bursting of crackers is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • As per government noise abatement act, music system should be stopped by 10.00pm sharp.
  • ALL statutory permission (based on time to time) will be sole responsibility of the hirer; copy of such permission if applicable has to be presented in office 3 day before the event.
  • The booking is confirmed only after paying the full amount duly acknowledged by receipt.
  • Dining and distribution of eatables only at the dining area en marked.
  • The management has got full rights to restrict permission if violating\deviating the above norms.
  • Management reserves the rights to alter /provide/deny facilities facilitators.
  • Cooking inside the venue is prohibited. Only outdoor catering and for catering service assistance please contact 98654 04110.

NO TOKEN ADVANCE IS ACCEPTED FOR BOOKING THE VENUE. FULL AMOUNT HAS TO BE REMITTED TO ENSURE THE BOOKING.
